Convive for Teams

Whether you have a team of 5 or 5,000 — our AI plans the whole event for you. Venue, games, food, drinks, and even who-should-meet-who.

Required: all attending employees must download Convive and create an account so the event can be structured effectively — allergy matching, interest-based intros, and voting all depend on it.

A separate Convive Teams account

When you confirm the event, we'll send each employee an invite link to create a Convive Teams account — kept fully separate from any personal Convive account they may already have.

  • Employees sign up (or sign in) with their work email
  • They choose what to share — more selective than a personal profile
  • Allergies and interests carry over (still required for safe matching)
  • They also add their department and role so AI intros land better
  • Personal data stays personal — HR never sees raw allergy / interest detail

Choose your path

Two ways to plan — pick whichever fits where you're starting from.

Option 1

I already have an idea

Bring a concept — a theme, venue type, activity, or rough plan you've been kicking around. The AI fills in the missing details: vendors, supplies, budget, pairings, and logistics.

Option 2

Plan it from scratch

No idea yet? The AI agent walks you through every question — vibe, headcount, venue, games, food, drinks — and drafts 3 full event options for you to choose from.

Start from scratch

Available for both options above — pick who runs the show.

How it works

Tell our AI agent about your team. It does the rest.

1

Chat with the AI agent

As the HR rep or organizer, you answer a few quick questions: team size, budget, vibe you're going for (chill, energetic, competitive, formal), and any constraints like remote employees or location.
2

AI finds your venue

Based on your city, headcount, and budget, the AI proposes venues nearby — from rooftops to private dining rooms to your own office. It pulls real local options.
3

Games & activities, curated

Free games (charades, trivia, dance follow-alongs) or budgeted ones (pin the tail, egg drop, dunk tank, prize tournaments). The AI tells you exactly where to buy supplies near your venue.
4

Food & drinks, planned around your team

Snacks, full catering, allergy-safe alternatives (pulled from employee profiles), and drinks. AI suggests local caterers and menus that fit your budget.
5

Optional: 30 or 60 min employee connection block

Turn this on and the AI matches employees by shared interests during the event. Each guest gets prompts like:“Go meet Tim Jenkins by the patio — he also hikes on weekends and is rooting for the Cowboys this season.”
6

Pick one — or let employees vote

You'll get 3 full event plans (venue + activities + food + drinks). Approve one yourself, or open a vote so your team picks their favorite.

What the AI will ask you

  • How many people are attending
  • Your total budget (and how to split it across venue, food, activities)
  • The vibe — chill & casual, energetic, competitive, or formal
  • City / location, or whether it's hosted at the office
  • Food style — snacks only, full catering, food trucks, plated dinner
  • Drinks — alcohol-free, beer/wine, full bar, mocktails
  • Whether to include a 30 or 60 min guided employee connection block
  • Whether to let employees vote on the final plan

What you get back

3 venue options

With pricing, capacity, and a map.

Activity playbook

Setup instructions + where to buy supplies.

Menu suggestions

Allergy-aware, sourced from local vendors.

Connection pairings

Employee-to-employee intros by shared interests.

Budget breakdown

Line-by-line so finance is happy.

Employee voting link

Optional — let the team pick.

Employee allergies and interests are pulled from their own Convive profiles — only with their consent. Personal details are never shared back to HR in raw form, just used by the AI to suggest a safer, more connected event.
