Twelve-piece omakase curated by Yuki — otoro, hamachi, and seasonal selections flown in from Toyosu Market. Served with warm miso soup and house-pickled vegetables. Between courses, endgame puzzle stations are set around the counter. Analyze classic championship finishes on printed diagrams, paired or solo. Yuki walks through the most elegant solutions and the story behind each position.
